Crystal founded the organization in 2011 after serving in Haiti for 6 weeks with another group.  She lives in North Carolina with her husband Ron and returns to Haiti as often as possible (she has Haitian residency, therefore, can stay for extended periods of time).  Crystal believes strongly that the organization should be led by Haitian nationals in country who have been trained & equipped.

Gerald was born in Port au Prince Haiti and moved to the USA in 2003.  He is married, has one daughter,  and lives in Pennsylvania.  He works as an IT and marketing specialist at a university and has done a lot of mission work over the years.  He is fluent in Creole, Spanish, & French and is invaluable to the board when it comes to questions about Haitian culture.

Ally has traveled to Haiti many times with the organization. She first came as a team member in 2012, then returned in 2013 & 2014 as summer staff (in country for 6 weeks), and led groups of her own to Haiti.  She resides in Nebraska and works as a preschool teacher for children with special needs.  She has a heart for vulnerable children and those with disabilities.

Jen first traveled to Haiti in March 2010, then returned in July of the same year.  During her July trip she was visiting an orphanage and met a  quiet young boy who was not considered adoptable.  Well, 12 years later that young man joined her family- along with his biological brother!  The family lives in Nebraska and all have a heart for the Haitian people.
